Job description
Role Purpose: To assist the Financial Accountant in the provision of financial support across the Serck UK business.
Accountabilities:

Transactional Activity
- Maintain the sales ledger
- Setup of new accounts
- Review of credit limits
- Aged Debt Reporting
- Maintain the purchase ledger
- Supplier queries
- Process multi site invoices
- Supplier account reconciliations

Monthly Reporting Process
- Support the reporting of financial performance
- Prepare month end balance sheet reconciliations

Budgeting / Forecasting
- Support annual budget and quarterly forecasting processes

Banking / Payments / Receipts
- Maintain the cash book and associated bank reconciliations
- Peprare the two monthy supplier payment runs
- Raise as hoc payment requests
- Support cashflow preparation and bank reporting
- Support ad hoc projects as they arise across the business
Experience:
- Part Qualified Accountant or Qualified by Experience
- Good basic financial understanding and general awareness of a business environment
