We have an exciting opportunity for a Finance Assistant to join the Finance team at Coretrax. Based in Portlethen, the Finance Assistant will to assist the Finance Team by recording and maintaining business financial transactions, such as posting purchase invoices, processing expenses; cash book maintenance; reconciliations , etc.
The role will involve processing all the AP invoices in Sage 200 and deal with related queries, weekly & monthly bank account reconciliation, preparation of reports, along with other ad hoc duties.

The successful candidate will have experience in a similar role within a Finance function and ideally have working knowledge of Sage 200 but experience of other systems will suffice.
