Occupational summary
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to immediately fill the position of Machine Operator in our Production department. You will be responsible for the operation and daily maintenance on state-of-the-art CNC machines in our highly automated cabinet production line.
We are specifically looking for a candidate that has machine operating experience preferred CNC experience. When choosing a candidate, we are looking for an individual who can calibrate specific machines in the designated area, run controlled tests, and help manage quality of materials within the department. Your job is important since some materials are not easy to shape or handle manually or with conventional equipment since our goal is to produce high quality parts and materials by programming machines to perform the right operations.
Your day-to-day:
- Operate CNC Machine to produce quality custom cabinets
- Understanding company product lines, machinery, assembly standards, and installation techniques.
- Comfortable with computer environment and willing to learn
- Understand and passionate about lean manufacturing
- Follow quality and safety standards for machine and tasks performed.
- Perform daily and preventative maintenance Maintain shop equipment according to an established schedule.
- Set-up and operate jobs assigned to machine with no assistance and meet the production standard required for the given department.

- Describe and troubleshoot problems and know when to reach out to technician for assistance
- Spot imperfections and early signs of problems in products or machineries
- Additional tasks or projects as defined by the Production Manager
What you bring to the team:
- Professional or mechanical operation experience in the kitchen cabinet manufacturing environment is a plus
- Motivated to learn and improve the process
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Speak Mandarin a plus
Work Environment Summary
This position is required to work a 40-hour workweek, Monday through Friday
