Sales Account Manager
Currys Business Centre, Seldown, BH15 1TW (Site Based)
Full Time, Permanent, Monday-Friday

£23,681 basic, £30,000 OTE

The Sales Account Manager position is a varied role, one day you could be taking inbound calls from our business customers and the next day you could be calling new or existing business customers to generate sales. You’ll use your excellent listening and questioning skills to inform the customer of what products would be perfect for them while ensuring they get a great deal.
You'll be responsible for:
Taking Inbound sales calls from and making outbound sales calls to our Currys business customers- Quickly building rapport with the customer using your customer service and sales skills
- Working to achieve sales and customer satisfaction targets
- Putting the customer first to ensure the products and services you’re selling meet their needs
You will need:
To be resilient with the ability to quickly build rapport- The willingness to learn and to keep up to date with new products and services
- Experience of working towards and exceeding targets
