Job description
We are currently looking for Production Operators to join our established Production Team working on Production lines, operating machinery/equipment in an efficient, safe and productive manner. Working a 4-shift pattern. Previous applicants need not apply.
Salary
The starting basic hourly rate is £10.42 plus a shift premium rate relevant to your shift pattern
4-shift pattern hourly rate including Shift Premium would be £14.59
Working Pattern
Continental 4 - Shift Pattern: Averaging 42 hours per week
Days: 06:00 – 18:00 Nights: 18:00 – 06:00
Key Responsibilities and Duties
Set-up and operate manual and automatic machinery on a daily basis
Recording of productivity, scrap and quality data
Carryout visual attributes and physical dimensions inspection of the product to maintain quality
Perform machine maintenance and breakdowns
Participate in quality and productivity improvements activities
Undertake general housekeeping including cleaning machines, sweeping up etc.
Adhere to Health & Safety and Company policies produces.
Any other tasks within the individual’s skill, knowledge, experience as requested

Previous manufacturing and shift work experience

Minimum Qualification Requirement - 4 GCSEs at Level C or above.
Minimum 1 Years Manufacturing Experience

Shift Premiums rate relevant to your shift pattern and this is 20% of your hourly rate for 2 shift pattern, 30% of your hourly rate for a 3 shift pattern and continental Days and 40% of your hourly rate for a continental shift pattern.
