The IT Production Processor will work in a fast-paced Revenue Cycle environment and is responsible for accurate data processing of files to/from various systems, vendors, and clients. Data processing includes but is not limited to; new business, payments, recalls, cancels notes, account updates, reporting files, and files to vendors.

Essential Functions:

• Manage/process and audit to ensure files are sent daily and weekly and there are no errors in transmission.
• Manage/process and verify new business loads
• Manage/process and verify transactions
• Manage/process and verify reconciliations
• Manage automated letter process; verify letters have been sent and are without errors.
• Contact clients to inquire on files that are missing or not received
• Manage verify scheduled tasks
• Perform analysis on and recommend improvement strategies for current technical solutions being used by the Revenue Cycle Team.
• Respond to tickets and assist in providing data/reporting as needed
• Assist with other IT functions as needed
• Takes ownership of and troubleshoot problems and follow through to resolution.
• Understand and comply with company policies and procedures
• All other duties as assigned by management.

Education Experience and Skills

• Microsoft products and OS knowledge required
• Analytical
• Ability to multitask
• Critical Thinking
• Project Management and Project Execution
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Experience with DB2, MS-SQL, Visual Studio (VB.NET, C#) or FoxPro, huge plus.
• Possesses a strong technical understanding of the various hardware, software, and networking systems, huge plus.
