We are looking for a Luxury Sales Consultant to join our enthusiastic and growing team at our new Chelmsford headquarters. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual with a background in sales of goods/services while providing excellent customer service and building rapport. You will have incredible attention to detail and be meticulous in your preparation and execution of sales.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
The following duties and responsibilities are what will be the core responsibilities of your role but as a well-established and growing luxury item e-commerce retailer, we may require your assistance to support the organisation in multiple areas. The primary duties and responsibilities are as follows:
- Confidently sell luxury jewellery items to our customers in person or help them complete their purchases online.
- Deliver warm and polite service to all of our customers.
- Upsell finance products over phone, SMS, email
- Be able to upsell and add on additional products and services to our customers confidently.
- Support the team by completing office duties such as answering the phone and packaging online orders.
- Demonstrate effective communication through written and verbal communication.
- Be able to follow instructions effectively and precisely without hesitation to ask questions.
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience in Sales (preferred)
- Outstanding Professionalism with a positive attitude
- Able to work efficiently while maintaining a high-quality standard of work
- Good sense of initiative and drive to succeed
- Able to take direction and handle constructive feedback as well as bring your own ideas to the table.

Job Type:
5 days per week (typically Monday to Saturday, if you work Saturday then you take another day off in the week)
Full-time contract, 6-month probationary period.

Salary: £22,000.00 + Uncapped Commission
