We are looking for a Customer Service Assistan to join our sales team and provide excellent customer service to our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving customer complaints, and providing general information about our products and services. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain customer records and update customer information as needed.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Identify and escalate issues to appropriate personnel.
