Loyalty Marketing Executive
Do you have a passion for loyalty and understand how promotions work for a large business? Our Loyalty Marketing team is looking for a Loyalty Marketing Executive to be responsible for creating and executing end-to-end loyalty initiatives which engage and delight our beauty customers.
About the Role
With a focus on beauty across all of our platforms, you will help deliver world-class customer loyalty campaigns and promotions, as well as promote the Harrods Rewards programme in our stores and online via the omnichannel strategy.
You will be effectively managing end-to-end loyalty and/or customer campaigns and will be used to an extremely fast-paced environment with a focus on customer retention & ROI. Additionally, you will work with a large customer base, and have previous experience of understanding individuals and their activity, as well as the theory of how to drive and change behaviours.
About You
You are passionate about the beauty space and use your creativity and proactive mindset daily. You have excellent organisation skills and will always be in-the-know within the loyalty/beauty space.
- Direct loyalty experience is essential, preferably including loyalty strategy awareness and a desire to develop.
- You will ideally hold a degree in a relevant field, or equivalent working experience.
- Understanding of database marketing technology, experience with Annex Cloud and SAP Marketing Cloud preferred.
- Familiarity with Marketing laws (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, CASL, Etc...) preferred
- Ideally you will have worked on loyalty campaigns specifically within the beauty space.
