Duties and Responsibilities:

If you've always fancied yourself as a detective, then this role could be for you. With an eye for detail you'll investigate trends and report on key themes, looking into wastage to protect our profit. You'll protect your fellow Partners patrolling the shop floor to deter potential theft and monitoring CCTV for signs of suspicious behaviour.
Job Requirements:
As part of the business protection team you'll use your excellent communication skills to educate Partners on risk management and report your findings with accuracy.
You'll thrive on problem solving and have a passion for reducing wastage, whilst being a reassuring figure for customers and your fellow Partners.
Required experience, skills and qualifications:
- Strong communication skills.
- Attention to detail/accuracy.
- Good customer service skills.
Desirable experience, skills and qualifications:
- Previous experience in a loss prevention role.
- Previous experience in a customer facing environment.
Additional Information:
Due to being a key holder with call out responsibilities, as well as the potential need to detain or ban individuals committing criminal offences, this role requires applicants to be over the age of 18.
