We have a fantastic opportunity available to support our Founder and Chair of Hallmark Care Homes as Executive Assistant, providing dedicated 1-2-1 support in all aspects of his role in leading Hallmark Care Homes, as Chair of Care England and Hallmark’s associated businesses and foundations.
This is a really exciting and varied role and just some of the things you will be responsible for will include; complex diary management (both business and personal), travel arrangements, organising meetings and events, handling all correspondence, telephone, email, and drafting and editing written correspondence, preparing reports and presentations, managing social media and much more. You’ll be kept really busy so it will suit someone who thrives off always having plenty to do!
We are looking for someone who has experience working in a similar role, who has a high level of business acumen, and a degree-level qualification would be advantageous. You will have good communication skills with the ability to share information efficiently and effectively, be highly organised, have exceptional attention to detail, have the ability to remain calm under pressure, have a strong sense of initiative, be able to read, understand and convey complicated documentation, and have strong IT skills with good knowledge and ability to manage social media platforms. Due to events management, there could be occasions when we’ll need you to work on a weekend, but you’ll get plenty of notice.
