The role
Working directly with the MD, this role is an internship, the role of the junior Event assistant is varied and broad and you will be responsible for providing end-to-end support to the successful management and delivery of events, as well as building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and proving.
This role is hybrid role with some travel into London on a weekly basis to work from our new Liverpool street office and attend client meetings. This is a intern role for a fixed term of 6-12 months with the potential to be full-time for the right applicant.
The intern junior Event assistant will have several smaller accounts to manage from conception – from sourcing venues to writing proposals. The successful candidate should have a love for events, provide outstanding customer service, be an enthusiastic professional, and be able to build relationships with customers, suppliers and the team.
- Day to day client contact via email/Phone
- Support on the full event management
- Working to budgets

The Candidate
The ideal candidate will be client facing, bright and enthusiastic and able to hit the ground running.
