Viva la Visa is an internationally-renowned company working predominantly in the entertainment industry with touring musicians, but also in Fashion, TV, Film and Theatre. We provide visas and immigration documents to travellers across the globe and our ever-increasing client base includes Ed Sheeran, Coldplay, Sir Elton John, Dua Lipa amongst others.
We are looking for a London-based Runner/Liaison Assistant Monday - Friday 8am-12pm.
The ideal candidate would be organised, punctual, friendly, communicative, able to think on their feet and energetic!
Although London-based, you would be in constant communication with our friendly office team in Suffolk. Training is given and once you know the ropes, the team will continue to support you.
The main duty would be to offer a Meet and Greet service for US embassy applications - which would involve gathering and printing documentation, meeting our clients at the embassy, handing over paperwork and being on hand for any further assistance they may require during their appointment.
Duties may also include:
- submitting passport applications (relevant authorisation given to do so)
- hand-delivering packages
- attending embassy appointments (relevant authorisation given to do so)
- other visa and passport related jobs as and when required
We are open to freelance work or an employed position, however applicants must be available during the mornings of Monday - Friday.
The job is likely to based on:
- 20 hours per week (Monday to Friday 8am-12pm)
- A salary of £25k (pro rata)
Please only apply if you are available 5 days a week (Monday-Friday) for half a day in the morning (likely 8am-12pm)
