Woodlands Care Home are looking to recruit a part-time Receptionist to join our brand-new purpose-built care facility.
This is the first new luxury care home to be built in Aberdeen for 10 years, offering Residential, Nursing & Dementia care for 81-residents. Our care home is ‘one of a kind’
This is a part-time position, offering 12 - 16 hours per week working 3 days one week and 4 the following week on a job share basis over a 7 day period.

A key element of the role requires effective communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to develop good relationships with residents, employees and external professionals is essential.
Receptionist Contract
- £11 per hour
- 12-16 hours per week
- Shifts: 4pm-8pm
- Pension
- 5.6 weeks annual leave (Full-time contract)
- PVG paid
- Onsite parking
Responsibilities
- To answer incoming telephone calls and route them accordingly or deal positively with any resulting enquiries.
- To respond positively to any face-to-face enquiries and help where possible to both visitors and clients
- To provide secretarial support, maintain record
- General filing and record maintenance
- Photocopying
- To work towards company policies and assist and contribute where possible.
- Any other duties considered reasonable by the manager or proprietor
As Receptionist, you will ensure the care homes high standards are always maintained and that each team member treats residents in the way that they would like to be treated.
