The Role:
Our Growth and Performance team is looking for a Digital Marketing Exec to join and support us across a number of functions, including email marketing, marketing automation, CRM, demand generation, comms production and copywriting, campaign schedules, deployment and maintenance, marketing tasks coordination and growth support.
We're at an exciting stage of our journey and need digital marketing support to fuel our growth on a global scale. We are looking for an organised and enthusiastic self-starter who is looking to grow and develop their skills as a marketer and wants to learn from our experienced team of growth marketing and performance professionals.
You'll be working across:
- Comms Production and Launches
You'll help support strategic initiatives for each stage of the customer journey, which include onboarding, engagement and retention. You'll work across key channels including email, chatbots and product messaging. Key skills will include producing catchy copy, implementing campaigns, and analysing and optimising for the highest chance of success.
- Reporting and insights
We're looking for someone who is obsessed with measuring success and wants to help us understand the ins and outs of the comms they deployed. You will measure the success of your campaigns, provide insights and optimise performance, helping us increase the ROI.
- Marketing Support
You will help support the coordination of growth campaigns to delivery against company conversion and retention targets. From ideation to implementation to analysis, you will be involved and assist with project launch calendars, timelines, documentation and internal communications.

Qualifications & experience
- 2-3 years marketing experience in a similar role
