The Client Engagement Assistant role:
As Client Engagement Assistant, you will work within the fast-paced Client Engagement team to field new enquiries and handle consultation calls, progressing enquiries through to being matched with a Virtalent VA, and then activating their account.
Our clients are highly successful, but busy business owners who need more support - each client has a different story to tell, making the role varied and interesting.
There is no “hard sell” with this role - we are focused on building authentic, long-term relationships with our clients. If you love delivering first-class service, this could be the perfect opportunity.
You don’t need to have many years of sales experience, but some familiarity with sales is key to the success of this role.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Field new enquiries from the website, live chat and telephone calls
+ Conduct 1:1 consultation calls with prospective clients, discussing their goals and needs
+ Prepare notes from consultation calls
+ Evaluate the Virtual Assistants who have expressed interest in the client opportunity, selecting the most suitable team member for each
+ Prepare a proposal for the prospective client, recommending your chosen Virtual Assistant
+ Arrange calls between VAs and prospective clients
+ Record videos and other personalised content where needed
+ Follow up and manage each party appropriately to secure a new account sign up
+ Maintain an accurate database/pipeline at all times
+ Provide holiday/illness cover and general day-to-day support to the Client Engagement Manager
+ Generate new business for the company with the support of your manager
+ Work on ad-hoc marketing and content writing requirements
+ Maintain a strong LinkedIn presence, building new client relationships
+ Assist the team with other ad-hoc duties, if and when required by the business
About you:
+ Experience in a similar sales or business development role
+ Demonstrated previous success in a similar role
+ Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
+ Excellent teamwork skills
+ A naturally proactive, confident approach, including when under pressure
+ A positive attitude and the ability to self-manage
