What you will do
You will be working for our Human Resource function as a Level 3 Human Resources Support Apprentice. Your role will be supporting the following teams on rotational basis: Engagement, Learning & Development, Projects & Governance, Pensions & Benefits, HR Advisors and Recruitment.
The main responsibilities will be:
Technical Skills and Qualifications required for the role
GCSE Maths & English level 4 – 9 (grade A – C)
Preferred candidates who are finishing A-levels in 2023 or attained within the past 12 months
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Excellent attention to detail skills
Strong communication skills both verbal and written
Strong interpersonal skills
Conduct
Be a role model, supporting and fostering a culture of good conduct
Demonstrate proactivity, transparency, and accountability for identifying and managing conduct risks
Consider the implications of your actions on colleagues
Duration: 18 months
Salary: £25,000 pa + award winning flexible benefits
Location: London
Apprentices need to have a continued right to live and work in the UK for the duration of the programme.
