Morrison Telecom Services is a leading player in the telecoms industry, and we are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Logistics Store Supervisor.

This role is a Full Time and permanent position with your office based in Leyland however we will consider other locations across the UK if you meet the necessary criteria.
You will need to hold a Full UK Driving License as driving to other sites is a requirement of the role.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the management of logistics operations at our national stores, ensuring efficient and timely handling of inventory and equipment.
- Supervise a team of store staff, providing leadership, guidance, and training to ensure a high level of performance.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and implement effective stock control measures to minimize loss and maximize availability.
- Coordinate with internal departments, including procurement, sales, and operations, to ensure smooth logistics operations and timely order fulfilment.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for store operations, focusing on improving efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) related to logistics operations, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective measures as required.
- Collaborate with suppliers, logistics partners, and transport companies to optimize delivery schedules, reduce costs, and improve service quality.
- Ensure compliance with relevant health and safety regulations, security protocols, and industry standards.
- Prepare and present regular reports on logistics activities, performance, and trends to senior management.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in logistics and inventory management, preferably in the telecoms or technology industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of logistics software and systems.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations and compliance standards.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
