Customer Service / Booker

Our offices are conveniently located in an attractive location between Sutton Coldfield and Tamworth, and you will be working 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday with a great friendly team.
Your role will include the following: -
Key accountabilities:
Answering incoming calls in a professional manner adhering to company guidelines
- Making outbound calls to book appointments on behalf of the Retailer for our Technician to visit customers to repair issues with their furniture
- Accurate data input into company’s in-house system/portal
- Resolve customer enquiries effectively, escalate complaints and issues to the Team Manager
- Working through call lists assigned in age order.
- Answering technician’s mobiles and deal with queries relating to calls
- Work to achieve the departments targets by providing an outstanding service to our customers/clients
- Ensure all team SLAs are met within the required timeframe
Skills, knowledge, and experience
- Excellent Customer Services skills
- Be computer literate and easily navigate between different screens and systems
- High degree of accuracy with a commitment to high standards
- Ability to work on own initiative and to multi-task effectively
- Flexible working approach
- Excellent communication skills
- A genuine interest in helping customers

Salary: £18,525.00 per year
