Sales Advisor
Southampton, UK
We are looking for a drive, and outgoing individual to join our friendly team in Southampton.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients
- Assist sales team with order processing, tracking, and follow-up
- Handle incoming inquiries and resolve customer issues in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and delivery
- Prepare sales reports and assist with sales forecasting

Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in retail math and calculations
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
