The Opportunity
We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Logistics Operative to join us to support our production staff in Coventry. Your work will be varied and will include operating our 6 ton and 8 ton combi forklift trucks with ease, managing goods in and goods out and dealing with site orders. You will have the flexibility to support with other tasks as required to ensure all orders are completed on time and to the highest standard.
You will be working 40 hours per week on either the 6am - 2:30pm or 2:30pm - 11pm shift.
What are we looking for?
The successful candidate will have had previous experience in a factory or warehouse setting and hold a multi directional fork lift licence and be comfortable operating 6 ton and 8 ton combi forklift trucks. You will also have experience handing goods in and goods out as well as accurately packing orders. You will have the ability to work to targets, to adapt to urgent requirements and achieve and exceed KPI's set. You will approach your work in a methodical way and operate in a neat and tidy manner.
