We manufacture our speciality chemicals from our site on Whitebirk Industrial Estate in Blackburn and export them all over the World.
We're looking for an enthusiastic and bright member to join our busy Customer Services team. Good telephone and computer skills are essential. SAP B1 experience are preferred but not essential as training will be offered.
- Reception duties - Greeting visitors and signing for deliveries.
- Answering the phone to Customers and Suppliers and directing the calls to the correct department.
- Assisting in coordinating and scheduling deliveries to our Customers’ all over the World.
- Creating document packs for exported goods.
- Processing Sales Orders.
- Arranging samples and small orders to be sent via courier.
- Communicating with different departments.
- General office duties – scanning/filing/post etc.
Skills:
-Excellent customer service skills.
-Good Communication skills.
-Good Computer skills - Excel.
-SAP B1 advantageous.
