Our partner are a global timber trader and they are looking to add someone to enhance their admin function and oversee all things, shipping, freight and distribution.
Offering an above market average salary and annual bonus you’ll be responsible for some really detailed orientated administration tasks ranging from completing and monitoring documentation to inputting financial information.
While the workload is manageable, occasionally there may be time sensitive tasks where mistakes can be really costly, you’ll need to be able to cope with this challenge.
If you carried out administration for import/export or shipping/logistics previously that would be a huge advantage. Or perhaps you’ve completed admin in a detail orientated environment like law, legal of finance.
Backed by a solid admin background, you’ll be able to adapt to new systems and processes and be comfortable doing basic financial work.
