Speedy Freight Swindon are looking for a part-time Logistics Administrator to join their growing office in Melksham. Hours/days are flexible however working at least 1-5pm on Thursday and Friday is required.
Duties:
- Managing inbound quotes and bookings using our bespoke system
- Arranging driver cover
- Answering customer queries through telephone and email
- Supplying PODs to customers
- Carrying out adhoc admin tasks as requested by management
- Making outbound client calls during quiet periods
Experience:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Customer Service
- Logistics (ideal but not essential)
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
