Job description
Fentrade Limited is an established award-winning and rapidly growing manufacturer of high quality aluminium windows, doors, bifolds, patios and shopfronts located in Newport. We supply to trade installers and retail companies locally and across Wales and England. Fentrade operates from a large modern premises with plans underway for bigger expansion and is a member of the Council for Aluminium in Building.
We're now seeking an industry experienced sales order processor to further develop our sales team. The main duties involved are:
Processing incoming quotations and orders via email and phone
Updating the operational database
Preparing factory paperwork for production
Maintaining the stock database
Checking incoming purchase order acknowledgements and preparing the paperwork for the accounts department
The ideal candidate will have experience in processing orders within the window industry on either 1st Degree, Logikal and/or Business Micros. With a keen eye and attention to detail you will possess good communication skills and telephone manner and a good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Access Database.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £23,500.00-£25,500.00 per year
