Position Overview:
As a Content Producer for Videography, Podcasting and Graphic Design at our mortgage company, you will play a crucial role in supporting our marketing efforts and creating engaging visual and multimedia content specifically for the mortgage industry. You will work closely with the management team and collaborate with other departments to develop and execute effective marketing strategies. This position requires a versatile skill set encompassing video production, podcast creation, and editing content for both platforms.
Responsibilities:
Graphic Design:
Create visually appealing designs for digital and print materials, including brochures, flyers, banners, social media graphics, and website assets.
Maintain brand consistency and ensure that all design materials align with our brand guidelines.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and execute design projects.
Video Editing:
Produce high-quality videos for marketing campaigns, including promotional videos, product demos, tutorials, and event coverage.
Edit raw footage to create polished videos that effectively convey our brand message.
Incorporate motion graphics, special effects, and sound design to enhance video content.
Social Media Management:
Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).
Create and schedule compelling social media content, including images, videos, and captions.
Monitor social media trends, respond to comments and messages, and engage with the online community.
Multimedia Content Creation:
Assist in the development and production of multimedia content, including podcasts, webinars, and interactive presentations.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging and informative multimedia materials for various marketing campaigns.
Edit and optimize multimedia content for different platforms and distribution channels.
Podcasting:
Conceptualize and produce engaging podcast episodes related to the mortgage industry and real estate market.
Coordinate and conduct interviews with industry experts and thought leaders.
Edit and optimize podcast episodes, ensuring high-quality audio and a cohesive listening experience.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, graphic design, communications, or a related field.
Proven experience in graphic design, video editing, social media management, and multimedia content creation.
Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Strong video editing skills using software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
Familiarity with social media platforms and their respective best practices.
Excellent creativity and attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of marketing principles and strategies.
Experience with analytics tools to track and analyze marketing metrics is a plus.
