We are currently looking for a full time Administration Officer to join our busy, hard-working, friendly administration team, supporting our service provision to veterinary practices nationwide and abroad.
This position will involve working 42 hours per week. Working hours will be Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm and alternate Saturdays 8.00am to 12pm.
You would be part of a team responsible for ensuring that veterinary sample submissions are booked into our system accurately and quickly, and results are transmitted to veterinary practices promptly, enabling high animal welfare.
Precise, fast data entry skills are essential, along with the ability to notice small but important detail. Must remain focused and calm under pressure. Customer care is integral to our business and so the candidate will have an excellent telephone manner and a “can do” attitude.
No previous experience is required as full training will be provided.
Starting salary £10.73 an hour with opportunity for increase after probation period with extra responsibilities after initial training.
