Working as an integral part of the Ideas and Innovation Team of product managers, designers and engineers, the successful candidate will be responsible for:
- The simultaneous planning and delivery of NPD projects.
- Managing Loadhogs project planning system, ensuring a seamless new product development process, from investigation through to launch.
- Ensuring Project Plans are updated and communicated appropriately.
- Taking responsibility for the progress of the project; to identify and act on bottle necks.
- Liaising with other departments to ensure a smooth implementation of new product launches.
- Planning project milestones and analysing dependencies to ensure key tasks are completed in line with the project plan.
- Working closely with the sales team to identify, analyse and progress or delete any customer led projects as quickly as possible.
- Analysing, prioritising and implementing new product variants and continuous improvement projects that extend Loadhogs market reach.
- Routine analyses of product sales and business KPIs relevant to New Product Development for Loadhog and our competitors.
Essential Personal Skills:
- Build strong relationships with all stakeholders, including the internal project teams and external suppliers.
- Strong interpersonal, time management and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work to deadlines and be organised.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
- Written and numerical attention to detail.
- Good written and spoken English along with advanced Microsoft Office skills.

A commercial approach and a good level of business understanding.
Desirable Knowledge and Experience:
- An appreciation of market forces and customer priorities, marketing or business-related training would be beneficial.
- Project or product management experience in a manufacturing business.
- Experience with project management software.
