Job description
We are looking for an energetic and friendly person to join our livestock team for the forthcoming season.
This position is full-time, 8.30am – 5.30pm (extra hours where required) and will include 1 weekend day.
The position is a 6 month contract commencing from March/April
The successful applicant must have practical experience and knowledge of sheep, pigs, cattle and goats with particular knowledge and interest of equine to help care for our 17, various different breeds of horses and ponies.
As well as animal care, the applicant must have good customer service skills, an out-going personality and must be able to work well in a team. Due to the nature of the job, applicants must be physically fit to cope with the large amount of livestock handling. The livestock team also run animal events such as farm shows, animal handling and pony rides. Full training will be given in all areas of our processes and events.

Salary: £7.40-£10.42 per hour
