You will work closely with the Project and Team Lead and Programme Manager along with colleagues in the wider team and will focus on ensuring that the Live Well offer is evidence based, person centred, well planned, safe and effective.
You will provide health and wellbeing advice, signposting and support to the residents of Swindon, working closely with other providers of physical activity, leisure, health and wellbeing interventions. You will find ways to reach out to those facing greatest inequality and are creative and collaborative in your approach, inspiring and motivating lasting change.
You must be fluent in the English language (as a requirement of Part 7 of the Immigration Act “for the effective performance of a customer-facing role”).
