Norvic Healthcare is a family run business based in Taverham operating in the Care sector. The business covers Homecare, Fast Track Palliative Care, 1:1 care & Live in care. . We are also part of the NHS Alliance framework supporting NHS Hospitals in Norfolk & Suffolk.

Norvic healthcare are looking for Live in Carers who can undertake everyday tasks that are required to assist running a home, but who are also capable of caring for someone.

You’ll live in a home that you’ll proudly care for, And the relationship you build with the person you care for will give real meaning to the work you do.

As a live in carer, you’ll provide companionship and support with personal care, so your client can live well in the home they love.

You will also be involved with assisting with Domestic tasks and Housekeeping (Cooking,Washing,Ironing,Vacuuming etc) Personal care, Continence management, Medication administration, Moving & handling, General welfare & companionship. .

You will be involved in giving day-to-day personal assistance to our client, both emotional and physical care and helping them to keep their dignity and independence in staying at home.

You’ll have the opportunity to support people living with a variety of conditions, enabling you to further develop your skills and knowledge.

We are looking for caring, honest, reliable, and committed people who will give 100% to their role

Our ideal candidates must have:

· Care experience (looking after family members would be considered)

· Ability to care and support our client in their day to day lives.

· A Recent or Updated Enhanced DBS check or willing to undergo one.

· Be caring kind and compassionate whilst following our values. (Nurture, Openness, Respect, Valued, Integrity & Compassion)
