Comprising the SEC Centre, SEC Armadillo and the OVO Hydro, the Scottish Event Campus (SEC) is Scotland's premier venue for events, gigs, conferences, and exhibitions. We enjoy an enviable reputation as one of Europe’s most prestigious venues with the OVO Hydro consistently ranked in the top 3 busiest venues in the world, attracting over 2 million visitors per year.

We are seeking a highly motivated and organised Live Entertainment Programming Assistant to join our vibrant Live Entertainment Programming Team and line with our vision to become the Best Event Campus in Europe.

The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for supporting the Programming Managers with administration and act as client liaison for events across the SEC. This includes handling new event enquiries, managing venue availability, conducting building tours and client site visits for new and existing clients, ensuring exceptional customer service delivery at every touchpoint.

Other responsibilities to include:

    Conduct thorough account management for Armadillo and Loch Suite events

    Manage calendars and coordinate appointments for the Team

    Serve as an ambassador for the company's culture and values

    Prioritise customer service and aim to exceed customer expectations

    Foster positive relationships with colleagues, partners, contractors, and visitors
