We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Trainee to join the Renault Truck Commercials dynamic West Midlands Region sales force. This role will show you and encourage you with training to sell the complete range of the Renault Trucks portfolio (Trucks and Vans) along with the complete range of services, maintenance, and financial products offered.

Person Specification:

Selling our product creates a chain of support right across the business where all departments support each other to ensure our Trucks and Vans are at the forefront of the market. If you are 'hungry' for success, passionate and driven we want to hear from you. We will provide the product training, sales and finance training if you provide your enthusiasm and skills as outlined below.

Education:

• A level or Degree educated

Overview of duties:

• Regular use of Computer Packages, especially PowerPoint and Word including in house systems / software packages
• Constructing Sales Proposals
• Selling and Negotiating including Presenting to Customers

What do you need to bring to us?

• Full UK Driver's Licence
• IT literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Office software
• Ability to manage and work effectively with a CRM database
• Self-motivated and ability work with minimal supervision
• Understanding and effective interpretation of KPI’s
• Presentation skills
