About us
Our goal is to Provide an excellent logistics service to our current and future customers. Ian S Roger Ltd is a family run livestock and general haulage business based in Keith, Banffshire. The company run a fleet of various trucks pulling bulk, curtain side, flat bed and float trailers and undertakes work throughout the UK.
We are looking for a reliable and experienced Driver to join our team based from our yard at Keith, Banffshire. The successful candidate will be responsible for transporting goods in a safe and timely manner, following all traffic laws and regulations. The Driver must be able to read maps, follow directions, and provide excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, full CPC and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities:
- Be able to drive safely in all weather conditions.
- Keeping the vehicle in a clean and presentable manner.
- Follow traffic laws and regulations.
- Have a good knowledge of the mainland UK.
- Be able to read maps and use GPS systems.
- Be able to lift and carry heavy objects.
- Secure loads safely for transport.
- Be able to communicate effectively with customers and transport team.
