As Global Brand Partnerships Coordinator at Jaguar Land Rover you will be a proud creator of modern luxury brand experiences. Coordinating the efforts of identifying, developing and delivering brand collaborations and new commercial platforms [within culture / adventure / lifestyle / sport] to showcase our products globally and bring to life the purpose, capability and refinement that lies at the heart of each of our brands’ DNA.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Support the day to day operations of our House of Brands’ partnership strategy- Own, write and facilitate trackers, presentations and meeting notes to support the team with the most efficient account management
- Own and coordinate inputs and delivery of functional governance, team meetings, offsites and travel agendas
- Create and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, developing positive relationships, enabling alignment and effectiveness
- Act as a conduit for information requests from different parts of the business
- Supporting the development into new [cultural / lifestyle / sporting] opportunities & moments that enable the creation of modern luxury client experiences, content & collections, in high profile places and spaces
- Supporting with the end to end project management of the commercial partnership / platform delivery, defining and tracking relevant KPIs to demonstrate performance & contribution of the partnerships / properties, to overall brand objectives.
- Supporting, in conjunction with your line manager, the complex partnership budget tracker
- Interfacing with many and varied team across the business and our agency partners teams to help identify and create content, assets and many can’t buy experiences
- To work hand in glove with our market teams to ensure Global consistency and impact and return on investment
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
Experience working in a complex environment within the lifestyle, sport, culture sector- Proven willingness & flexibility to work across a range of projects
- Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to take direction on tasks and work independently to drive to completion
- Excellent organisation skills
- Diary management for the team
- Superior skills on Microsoft suite user, especially Power point & Excel
- Driven individual that takes own initiative
- Effective team player with strong networking skills
- Strong oral and written communication.
- Independent mindset with an appreciation of what ‘better’ looks like
- Ability to travel in the UK and abroad outside of usual business areas when required
