Job description
The candidate will be a California licensed professional land surveyor with a minimum of 5 years of office survey-related experience and proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and Microsoft Office programs. Knowledge and experience of GPS and/or field survey and working with field survey crews a plus.
The Candidate will independently perform survey-related duties and will be responsible for the planning, scheduling, managing and coordination of project delivery with Clients and internal engineering teams. Must possess good verbal and written communication skills and the ability to effectively communicate with Clients and project teams.
Survey deliverables include:
· Record or resolved boundaries
· Right-of-way surveys
· ALTA surveys
· Final Maps
· Parcel Maps
· Record of Surveys
Legal descriptions and other survey-related documents
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $120,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
