Job description
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Library in providing high quality library enquiry and user support services.
This varied role will suit someone enthusiastic about working with students and a positive approach to customer service. You will staff a range of service points skills, responding to a range of enquiries in person, over the phone and online; work with colleagues across the Library team; complete administrative tasks; and have the opportunity to support and contribute to library service development.
You will have excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills. You will have good IT skills including a working knowledge of Microsoft office applications, and the ability to work well with colleagues and students of all backgrounds
