  • Covering Saturday and Sunday 6 hour shifts each day and one 8 hours during the week

As a receptionist, you will be the friendly and welcoming face of our Home. You’ll be the type of person that goes above and beyond to ensure that visitors feel welcome, residents and family members feel looked after and all are given a great lasting impression of our Home. Uber professional, but friendly and approachable, you’ll be the reassuring familiar presence for every visitor and resident.

About the role

You will deliver an exceptional experience to all, ensuring that any requirements are promptly dealt with, and all visitors are welcomed into a beautifully maintained reception area. It’s all in the details! In return you will work in a stunning location, as part of one team of dedicated people, who love what they do.

The skills you’ll need

Communication and efficiency are your strong points. You have excellent organisational, literacy and numeracy skills and good IT skills. You’ll need to be adaptable, to perform a variety of daily tasks, from receiving visitors, observing security procedures to maintaining stock. Most importantly though you’ll share our passion for outstanding person-centred care. Previous experience in a busy reception role is essential.
