We ensure there is high challenge and high support for all pupils to ensure they can access and make excellent progress in all lessons. We work hard to ensure all pupils reach their full potential and leave Hartshill Academy with the skills and knowledge to make informed decision about their next steps. Brief Job Description:

Our staff are the single greatest resource we have in our mission of creating successful futures for all the pupils in our care.

We place high value on subject expertise and continual professional development. This academic year, our teaching staff will receive over 40 hours of subject specific professional development, including a commitment to all staff experiencing instructional coaching. We work hard to reduce staff workload and our academies have been awarded the Fair Workload Charter recognising our innovative work in this area.

This Trust is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff to share this commitment. Successful candidates will be required to complete an Enhanced DBS disclosure. Start dates will be conditional upon receipt of satisfactory pre-employment checks.
