Job Title: Liability Claims Handler
Location: Remote
Salary: Up to £24,000 with a performance related bonus on top
Contract: 12 months Fixed term contract to cover maternity leave

This is the job
You could have the opportunity to play a crucial part in our Claims teams and ensure that we make the right liability decisions for both our customers and the business.
Our liability team investigates claims in which liability is unclear and your role will be to determine the correct outcome after gathering and reviewing evidence from policyholders, third parties, witnesses, and motor engineers/garages.
This is a fast-paced role and heavily customer-focused so a proactive attitude and a keen eye for customer care is critical to performing well in this role
What will I be doing?
This is a phone based role and you could be speaking to customers during a time when they need us most. As a confident communicator, you’ll be a friendly voice on the end of the phone, building connections and putting them at ease as you support and advise them.
You will be responsible for a portfolio of disputed liability motor claims and your role will be will be make accurate liability assessments and manage the claim until conclusion. You’ll be comfortable handling challenging conversations professionally, with the customers’ best interests at heart. You’ll have an eye for detail assisting you to accurately complete your claim reviews.
