A permanent opportunity for a Property Account Manager to join an estate agency focused on providing high quality rental properties!

Property Account Manager Responsibilities:

Being the first point of contact for all clients in your portfolio, ultimately being responsible for their experience.
Building relationships with clients owners and being responsible for data to ensure properties are reaching their maximum potential
Actioning daily, weekly and monthly tasks using initiative and ownership
Managing your own portfolio of properties, creating strong relationships and knowledge base
Reporting on maintenance issues to property ops to ensure properties are kept to the best standard for our clients
Managing all works orders and costs associated with each property in your portfolio

Property Account Manager Essentials:

Minimum of 3 years of experience managing accounts and clients
Demonstratable excellent teamwork and communication skills
Being proficient with Microsoft 365 and being able to pick up on internal systems quickly
