Job description
Property Account Manager Responsibilities:
- Being the first point of contact for all clients in your portfolio, ultimately being responsible for their experience.
- Building relationships with clients owners and being responsible for data to ensure properties are reaching their maximum potential
- Actioning daily, weekly and monthly tasks using initiative and ownership
- Managing your own portfolio of properties, creating strong relationships and knowledge base
- Reporting on maintenance issues to property ops to ensure properties are kept to the best standard for our clients
- Managing all works orders and costs associated with each property in your portfolio
- Minimum of 3 years of experience managing accounts and clients
- Demonstratable excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Being proficient with Microsoft 365 and being able to pick up on internal systems quickly
