Job description
Culina Logistics provides complete coverage of the UK via eight strategically located chilled warehouses, providing over 100,000 pallet spaces, with a massive 1.5m cases delivered daily.
We are looking for LGV/HGV C+E Class 1 Drivers on a permanent contract at our Avonmouth depot paying up to £47,327.62 per annum.
OTE of £47,327.62* Subject to shift patterns and start times with extra incentive available throughout the shift.
Salary and shifts -
5 on 3 off - £40,449 basic per annum - £47,327.62 per annum OTE
Start window between 15:00pm-18:00pm (shift premium of £10 per shift) and 21:00pm-00:01am(Shift premium of £15.00 available for starting during these times) and 00.00-0300
Exceptional overtime rates available:
- Monday to Friday: £16.69 per hour
- Saturday: £19.85 per hour
- Sunday: £22.56 per hour
The role consists of completing deliveries and collections to various RDCs across the UK for well known clients.

Additional Information
In return for your passion, hard work and determination in providing outstanding service to our customers we offer:
- An additional £1,000 premium supplement per annum to the above rates where a driver’s shift pattern includes working EVERY Saturday or Sunday. If both Saturday and Sunday are contracted shifts then this doubles up to £2,000.
- Shift Premium Allowance for Drivers and Shunter depending on start time – up to £15.00 per shift.
- Additional payments after 11 hours duty - £12.60 per hour after 11 hours duty, paid in increments of 15 minutes which equals £3.15 per every 15 minutes.
