About Ardens Manager

Ardens Manager is a cloud-based analytics tool, delivering valuable insights and reports to GP Practices and other primary care organisations responsible for providing key NHS services and contracts. Our client base has increased rapidly over the last two years and our dashboards are now used by over 3,000 GP Practices, covering more than 50% of England and over 30 million patients. The Role

We are looking for a Product Designer to join the product team and help us change how primary care uses analytics to deliver better patient care.

The Product Designer will be responsible for:

· Creating a design component library

· Building wireframes and user journeys to visualise solutions before they are developed

· Analysing user behaviour, gaining insights and identifying opportunities for improvement

· Performing user research to better understand user needs

· Running experiments to test new designs and workflows

· Find product usability improvements to drive stickiness, adoption

Outcomes

1. Increase the overall experience of using Ardens Manager

2. Increase feedback from prototyping

3. Increase the speed of generating designs and specifications for development

What to Expect

Within 3 months

· Create design guidelines and standards for the Ardens Manager product

· Create a component library on XD

· Have run at least one experiment with users, using a prototype

Within 6 months

· Have discovered at least one product enhancement that improves the stickiness or adoption of the product

· Established a routine of experimentation with users to get feedback on product ideas

· Lead on the design and implementations of a new feature

Requirements

1. Experience with UI/UX design/ 3+ years

2. Experience with JIRA and Confluence

3. Interest in healthcare

4. Experience with XD 2+ years

We are based at our light and spacious offices in Downton near Salisbury. Once you have completed your induction training on-site, you may work from home, however, you will be required to come to the office for at least 3 days per month.

The first stage of our application process will be a Teams interview, followed by an aptitude test, before we invite you in for a face-to-face meeting at our Downton office.

Salary: £32,000.00-£42,000.00 per year
