Oxford’s premier LGBTQ+ nightclub is looking for enthusiastic folk to join our team!
Although experience in bar work/hospitality/customer service is preferred, we offer in house training for all positions so whether you are new to the industry or a seasoned professional we will find a place for you here!
We have a variety of shifts available from Bar Staff to Cloakroom staff, Bar Support, Reception Staff, Shots Vendors, VIP Hosts, promotion staff and more
In addition to competitive rates of pay staff keep 100% of tips made on shift, commission in certain roles, paid holiday, as well as performance bonuses, staff discount here and in our cousin venue, staff drinks and many more perks.
Located in the heart of the city centre Plush is a privately owned small independent queer business that has been providing fun and safe nights out for our community and allies for over a decade.
