We are bringing you an exciting opportunity to join a Hospitality company as a HR Manager. By joining the HR department, you’ll be making strategic decisions within the heart of the business and you’ll have access to some amazing benefits. Ideally, you be fully CIPD qualified, or on your way to be!
What you’ll be doing
- Ensuring the effective recruitment, on-boarding and exiting of staff.
- Taking ownership of the development and management of Discipline, Grievance, and employee absence.
- Making sure all practices and process remain relevant and consistent.
- Being confident in challenging traditional processes and implementing new ideas.
- Focusing on the retention of good people within the business.
- Providing training and support to managers to ensure development within their teams.
- Supporting on cross-functional business projects.
- Creating and implementing apprenticeship, internship and graduate programmes.
What you’ll need to apply
- Clear previous experience as a HR Manager or similar.
- Ideally fully, but open to partially, CIPD qualified.
- Experience within a similar industry is advantageous but not essential.
- This role required high energy, creativity and willingness to engage and negotiate.
