Empowering Learning are looking to appoint a Level 3 Teaching Assistant to work within a Secondary School in Birmingham.
*Full Time Contracted Role* - Immediate & September start available.
L3 TA Qualification is a must.
The successful candidates will be qualified, enthusiastic and highly motivated Teaching Assistants who are committed to enabling pupils to reach their full potential, as well as supporting the class teacher with all behaviour and material needs.

- Prior experience of working within a School Setting
- Staff who are passionate, enthusiastic and willing to go the extra mile to help and support children reach their potential
- Experience working with children who have learning difficulties
- Be able to work well as part of a close knit team as well as think on your feet independently
