About the role
At Sodexo, we’re passionate about people and have our customers at heart of everything we do. Our admin colleagues run an efficient service for our clients and we currently have a vacancy for a Receptionist to join our busy team at Central London.
Being the first face, many will see, you’ll be an important role model when it comes to what great customer service will look like. You’ll have polite and cheerful manner, creating memorable experiences for our clients and visitors and when answering switch board calls.
You’ll Prepare the client floor for the day by regular checking of meeting rooms are ready to be used. You’ll be booking meeting rooms and events on-line and ensuring to work closely with the security team, to ensuring all visitors hold correct clearance, to completing administrative duties and returning emails in a timely manner.

We want you to bring your organisational skills, flexible approach to working and your great reliability with you when you join us. Don’t forget to bring you excellent attention to detail and great communication skills too!
Similar experience in corporate environment is essential and if you have great people and IT skills, we’d love to hear from you!

Package Description
40 hours per week
£14.50 per hour
Monday - Friday, 10am-6pm or 8am-4pm
