Job description
Currently searching for a Lettings Negotiator to join our growing team in a new office on Uxbridge High street, ideally you will have a sales background.
We are an independent estate agent and offer progression with advice and help throughout.
Your key responsibilities will be
- Canvassing new stock and building new relations
- Arranging and carrying out viewings for properties
- Progressing your offers and seeing them through
Salary
In return, a basic salary of £18,000 - £34,000 depending on experience will be offered with a unique commission structure recognising what you bring to the table.
Requirements
- Driving licence and car
- Estate agent experience (minimum 6 months)
