The ideal candidate would have experience working within the lettings industry. A driving license is essential due to location. Location: Braintree Type: temp - 3 months Rate: £15.16 per hour Hours: Monday - Friday, 37 hours a week Job type: Full time Your duties will include: Provide advise for clients on issues regarding tenancy and house lettings Carrying out home visits and face to face interviews Handling telephone conversations with customers regarding housing issues or guidance on properties Support residential customers understand tenancy agreements and with independent living Produce, maintain, and update records including resident notes Liaise with customer, ors, and the public in a professional manner Booking and carrying out viewings The successful candidate will have the following attributes: Professional manner Computer literate Strong time management skills Organised Problem solving skills Knowledge of housing issues and processes A flexible and creative approach to daily tasks So, what can you look forward to with working with Adecco?
