Job description
A busy Concrete Surfaces manufacturer in Dorset is seeking a mould making bench joiner/pattern maker to work in our factory at Bournemouth Airport Business Park West.
The role is varied due to the bespoke nature of the work and the successful candidate will have the opportunity to learn all aspects of the manufacturing and mould building process.
Salary is Circa £12 per hour depending on experience and qualifications. This will be discussed at interview stage.
The ideal candidate should be:
- Experienced in mould making, pattern making or shuttering, bench joinery with a high quality of workmanship and familiarity with board materials, solid timbers and machining essential.
- Reliable and hardworking.
- Able to work as part of a team or individually.
- Problem solve and use initiative to complete tasks given.
- Willing to work extra hours and be prepared for early starts and late finishes when required at busy times.
- Working Hours, Monday to Friday 7.00pm - 3.30pm + Saturdays when needed.
Desirable but not essential
- Clean Driving License.
- CSCS card.
- Forklift Truck License.
- Good spoken English
